The ancient legend behind "Two Lovers Point" in beautiful Guam is the eldest daughter of the Chamorro Chief was promised to marry to a Spanish army captain. However, she had fallen in love with a Chamorro warrior. These star-crossed lovers couldn't be together, so they tied their long black hair together into a knot to be inseparable forever and jumped off the cliff, now called "Two Lovers Point". Visitors leave love messages and locks to enshrine their love forever.
