Prefer an adult Easter treat you can drink?
Sydney's Sheraton on the Park's Conservatory Bar are offering a Who Framed Roger Rabbit cocktail special this weekend. This has vanilla vodka, white chocolate and chocolate liquor, cream and a pinch of salt. For a non-chocolate Roger Rabbit version you can make at home, we were rather partial to this one.
- 1 oz Amaretto Di Saronno® liqueur
- 3/4 oz coconut rum (Roncocco or Malibu)
- 4 - 6 oz pineapple juice
In a shaker put 1/4 cup crushed or shaved ice. Add 1oz amaretto & 3/4 oz Malibu or Roncocco and follow up with pineapple juice. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until thick foam is made. Pour into cold Collins glass. Pour the foam onto the drink. Makes 2. Top with assortment of little fruits on sword. Skip the umbrella! Roger Rabbit recipe courtesy Drinks Mixer.
